1 the insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C130 , glaze color grey , brown or white ,or customer's specification .
2 metal cap are made of density ductile iron ,every pieces of cap are tested qualified with magnetic powder method . metal pins are made of forged steel .
all the metal fittngs covered a layer of hot-dip zinc coating .
3 the insulator shape are special , it is triple sheds , this kind of design can provide excellent electrical performance than normal fog type insulators ,

4 each piece of insulators are routine tested , test items including:
routine tension load strength test , which will apply 50% of rate mechanical strength withstand 1 minutes . after this test , we conduct routine flashover test , will check each piece of insulators one by one , to sort defect unit out.
5 we will test each batch of insulators with sample test , including below items:
dimensional check , temperature cycle test , M&E failing load test , puncture test , galvanization thickness test , porosity test etc. if customer required , type test also available .
for example steep front wave test , Thermal mechanical test etc .
